I’m a 3rd year PhD student in Bioengineering at University of Pennsylvania, advised by Prof. Yong Fan. Previously, I received my Master’s degree in Computer Science from ShanghaiTech University, where I was advised by Prof. Dinggang Shen.
My research lies at the intersection of machine learning and heathcare, with a particular focus on neuroimaging analysis and neurodegenerative diseases. I’m insterested in understanding disease mechanisms in a data-driven manner and enabling the early detection of neurodegenerative diseases. To this end, I have been developing interpretable machine learning methods for diagnosis, brain aging modeling, and disease progression analysis using multimodal neuroimaging data, patient statistics, and clinical records.
